No Show Appointments We're excited to provide you with a personalized treatment experience just for you When you miss your appointment, it leaves an empty spot that could have been filled by someone else. We totally understand that life can throw surprises your way, so we’re happy to offer a grace period with one no-show for a single treatment. For couples, there’s a $25 fee for the first missed appointment, but please note that any further no-shows will incur the full charge of the scheduled service. Let's keep those appointments and make the most of your time with us!
Cancellations Due to COVID-19 or Flu Virus excited to share that we've revamped our policy to provide our clients with even more flexibility! We want to make sure you feel completely at ease about your upcoming appointment. If you're feeling under weather with a fever, cough, or sore throat, we encourage you to reschedule for a time when you're feeling your best. Your health is our priority, so reach out to us as soon as you can to set a new date!
Exciting Arrivals! Get ready for your appointment! Please note that our scheduled times are set, and we can't extend beyond them for late arrivals. If you're a bit late, no worries! You'll still enjoy the remaining time, but please remember that the full service fee will apply. We can't wait to see you!
Get ready for an amazing experience with us! We happily accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, personal checks, and cash for convenience. Please note, a $35 fee applies for returned checks. While gratuity is completely optional, feel free to add it directly to your check or credit card if you loved your service! Remember, all times are approximate, and prices and services may change without notice. Thank you for choosing us!
Gift Certificates We are delighted to offer suggestions for gift of beauty, health, and relaxation. You can buy a gift certificate for specific services, products, or a set dollar amount. Please note that our gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We cannot take responsibility lost or stolen gift certificates, and series are also non-transferable.
Valuables At Relaxing Solutions Spa, we want you to fully enjoy your experience! To keep things stress-free, we recommend leaving your valuables at home. Please note that we can't be responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings you bring along. Your relaxation is our priority!
Cell Phones We kindly request that you turn off your cell phone and/or pager before entering the spa to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. By having your phone off, you can fully immerse yourself in the spa experience.
Children All spa clients must be 18 years or older to book their own treatments. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present during their treatment. If a or guardian is not in the treatment room, they must sign a waiver for clients under 18.
